  1. My 7-year-old with two missing front teeth checked out Animal Teeth at the local library and loved it, as did I. The fact-checking on the "Facts" leaves a little to be desired, though: the book perpetuates the myth of the crocodile tooth-cleaning plover. There is no documented evidence of this ever happening, and it is most likely a myth originating with Herodotus!

  6. I found your blog through Nancy VandenBerge also. My children loved your book about animal teeth so much that our class bought every copy that was available at the Scholastic Book Fair and then ordered more! Your Biggest/Littlest series looks great. I have asked my librarian at school to purchase some of them for next year. Our first graders will just love them!!!
